Our feelings are the same about this Timberline 850 from Traeger. The oval shaped cooking space, coupled with the downdraft exhaust, double lined box, air tight door gasket, and Tru Convection System allows for an enhanced cooking experience. Bonus features are made possible by these things; like SuperSmoke and 20% faster cooking than other Traeger lines. With WiFire technology you can remotely watch your temperatures and pellet levels, not missing a bit of life happening around you. The engineering of the Timberline models also allows grilling temperatures of 165F degrees to 500F degrees. This makes it so you can grill, bake, roast, and slow cook on this model. Some of the additional features that separate this model from others is that there is a 24lb capacity pellet hopper and 3 tiers of cooking for a total cooking area of 850 sq.in. The main grill is 22" wide and 16" deep, it can be adjusted from sear position to smoke position. The second tier is 22" wide and 14" deep. The top tier is 22" wide and 9" deep.
