This incredible cart grill gives you a massive 1140 sq. in. of total cooking space and 8 burners to produce a total of 99,000 BTU’s. What puts this in the premium category is the construction of this grill. It starts with high grade stainless steel and cast aluminum grill head to hold heat an minimize flair ups from wind. The cooking grids are 9.5mm stainless steel as well and come with a lifetime warranty. While the lid is massive it is easy to lift thanks to the lift ease roll top. Interior lighting, motion activated walk up lighting, and SafetyGlow knobs let you know when you are cooking and when you really aren’t. The commercial grade rotisserie has 4 forks to utilize the infrared rear burner. Infrared is also used on the side sizzle zone burner and can get to 1800 degrees in 30 seconds for the perfect sear! Artisan Grills are constructed out of 304 grade stainless steel and come preassembled. Equipped with exclusive U-shaped burners that create a cooking surface with evenly distributed heat. Ceramic briquettes hold heat and evenly distribute the heat to reduce hot spots, preserve burners and require less gas once the grill comes to temperature. There is an optional infrared burner that can deliver 20,000 BTU and up to 1500 degrees on a fully combusting ceramic surface which cooks 50% faster almost without any flare-up. A flush-mounted ceramic infrared rotisserie burner located at the rear can emit 15000 BTUs while rotating smoothly and consistently with its heavy-duty 50-lb torque motor. There is a total of 75,000 BTUs on this grill by Artisan. On the interior there are bright halogen work lights for nighttime cooking. Total cooking area is 732 sq. in. As your meal finishes cooking there is a 2-postion warming rack to place food till it is ready to serve. Heavy duty casters make the cart model. Hestan grills are constructed with high grade 321 stainless steel with 5/16” stainless steel DiamondCut grates. Maintain perfect flames with their trellis burners and variable sear burners with the addition of ceramic briquettes just below the grates. There is a combined 75,018 BTUs available for use on this model. Total cooking surface on this grill is 1056 sq. in. In true premium grill fashion, LED lights on the control panel and motion activated stadium lights under the hood will help you keep an eye on everything through the cooking experience. A concealed whisper quiet rotisserie motor system is chain driven and has a 50lbs capacity. One push automatic ignition system does require 120v electrical connection. There is a removable smoker tray that can use chips or pellets to add smokey flavor to your cooking.
